The very tasteful Main Lobby and public rooms are decorated with modern grandeur; truly a blend of opulent crystal, marble, european furnishings with Hindu statues and carvings adorned with flowers and candles.  This wonderful medley of old and new together with local flair truly equals comfort throughout.   Every space seems to be carefully designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind.

The flowers are magnificent and carefully arranged around the beautiful furnishings; everywhere one looks there is beauty and comfort.  The evening changes with lovely candles throughout the existing flower displays resulting in another atmosphere pleasing to the eye.

The entire staff are beautifully attired and meet and greet Namaste with a bow, a fold of their hands at their chest and a beautiful smile!!!

Sunny Prasher is Chef Concierge and 2nd Vice President of Les Clefs d’Or India.  He is also a dear friend and colleague.  Sunny is warm, gracious, professional, and has extensive knowledge of New Delhi as well as all of India.   Sunny and his concierge team are always available to assist with every guest request.  They are happy to plan your visit and offer their local expertise.

The 260 guest rooms are all luxurious and represent the same style and opulence as the public rooms and lobby.  A wonderful design blending luxurious european furnishings together with Indian style.   The rooms have every modern technological convenience imaginable from multi voltage outlets everywhere, wi-fi, sony TV and players, lighting offers choices according to mood or time of the day, the main telephone is also computerized to scroll past calls and access any services of the hotel with a touch of the button; the bathrooms offer mini screen TVs and speaker built-in telephones together with many other amenities of convenience that even I the frequent traveler have not even thought of yet.

Your own personal butler can come to your room with a touch of a button and help you pack, unpack or provide any assistance.   The Butler featured above is explaining the unique iPod which resembles an iPhone and is located bedside where one can command any hotel services imaginable!!!     The service is impeccable and yes they have thought of everything and more!!!
