TEACHING ONE DAY SEMINARS ENTITLED CONCIERGE – DOORMEN LUXURY SERVICE STANDARDS

My one day training seminars continue on various Mondays throughout February and March.  This One Day intensive training is designed to enhance and escalate service skills and standards of Doormen, Concierge, Front-Line Staff and other Service Professionals particularly those who work in a Luxury Service environment. Emphasis of course, is made on the Hotel Concierge as an example of the very best and ultimate service professional.

This past Monday on February 14th; I thoroughly enjoyed a group of students who represent doormen and professionals at the very famous and historic 36 Gramercy Park East, New York City.
